Our company was established in January 1980 by some of the Philippines leading experts in the field of Manpower services in answer to the ever-growing need for the finest and the most dependable manpower skills in various fields of expertise. Duly organized under the Philippine Laws, our company is officially recognize, licensed and authorized by the government of the Republic of the Philippines to engage, in the Philippines and abroad, in the business of operating, procurement, training and placement services. To make these functions and services more effective and conducive to producing qualified manpower pool , the company supervises and maintains a manpower training and testing center in all fields of manpower skills, along with such other allied activities. Basically, the company exports manpower. This is done expeditiously and effectively through the all-out utilization of rare expertise and a compact staff that work around the clock. GENERAL LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED BY POEA

 

  1. SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY - is a document whereby the principal is assigning/appointing the Philippine agency as its representative in dealing with or transacting with government agencies in the Philippines and to act on its behalf concerning the employment of workers abroad.

 

  1. JOB ORDER REQUISITION – is a formal letter requesting our company’s services to supply Filipino Manpower to the principal. The letter should include the job categories, the salary offer and should be written under the formal letterhead of the company.
     

  2. STANDARD EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT – is the standard statement of terms and conditions between the company and the worker. This contract will be subject to the approval of the Philippine Labor Department.

 

  1. AUTHORITY LETTER TO COLLECT VISA – is an authority letter to the local agency so that the visa may be utilized and stamped on the passports of the workers. In case of South Korean clients, there must be an approval from the Ministry of Justice of Korea. For UAE a work permit is required.
     

  2. VISA OR (No Objection Certificate)
     

  3. PASSPORT PHOTOCOPY OF EMPLOYER OR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE.

 

  1. COMPANY COMMERCIAL REGISTRATION (BUSINESS LICENSE) is documentary evidence that the company is legally existent and operating in the country of employment.

 

  1. ANY OTHER DOCUMENT PROVIDE in the labor agreement between the Philippine government and the host country.
