SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY -
is a document whereby the principal is assigning/appointing the Philippine
agency as its representative in dealing with or transacting with government
agencies in the Philippines and to act on its behalf concerning the employment
of workers abroad.

JOB ORDER REQUISITION – is a
formal letter requesting our company’s services to supply Filipino Manpower to
the principal. The letter should include the job categories, the salary offer
and should be written under the formal letterhead of the company.

STANDARD EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
– is the standard statement of terms and conditions between the company and
the worker. This contract will be subject to the approval of the Philippine
Labor Department.

AUTHORITY LETTER TO COLLECT VISA
– is an authority letter to the local agency so that the visa may be
utilized and stamped on the passports of the workers. In case of South Korean
clients, there must be an approval from the Ministry of Justice of Korea. For
UAE a work permit is required.
